The Group follows principles of modern and traditional practice of law. While it is geared towards maximization of technology in the practice of law, the Firm embedes proven traditional standards used in centuries.
The Group believes in unified goals and areas of specialization. It is imperative that every lawyer finds his/her niche in the practice.
This establishes a wider scale of services but focuses on the development of specialty of every lawyer.
The lawyers came from competitive legal backgrounds.
Partner-Lawyers are constantly exposed to different fields of legal practice and are significantly evolving to compete in the legal arena. The Group believes that in order to be an effective counsel, lawyers must find their niche and evolve progressively in some areas not commonly ventured. Coordination, sharing of experiences and not isolating oneself in the legal community are key to positive growth.

Atty. Loueli Talam-Jabines
SENIOR PARTNER
Her areas of practice are litigation (prosecution and defense), international law, corporate law, family law, civil law and criminal law.
She is honing her arbitration skills. Also, a member at Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) and the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), she recently gained a certificate as trained arbitrator by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI).
She wants to author books later in life.
He practices Commercial, Civil, Criminal and Labor Laws. He specializes Banking Laws and has worked extensively in matters involving Collection of Sum of Money with Attachment, Repossession of Personal Property, Foreclosure of Mortgaged Properties and Corporate Rehabilitation and Insolvency. His expertise is corporate management for banks.
He is also a member of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PiArb).
Atty. Belteshazzar Lagbo Cabacang
SENIOR PARTNER
With accounting as an academic background, Atty. Ken is keen in handling corporate concerns and has succesfully registered companies in Cebu City. He too, has been actively managing and handling labor cases, that is proven an advantage in the corporate practice. With a growing experience in both litigation and labor cases, Atty. Ken is a strong addition to the Group.

Atty. Jacinth started her legal career doing litigation. Her practice focuses on civil law, family law and labor law.
She is a graduate of University of the Visayas - Gullas Law School. A part-time instructor and an attorney, she aspires to teach and inspire, and in effect be motivated to embody the qualities vital in the legal profession with God as her help.

Atty. Nick is a lawyer-accountant extensively practising in tax related remedies. He formerly worked for the largest accounting firm in the country, SGV and Co. Currently a legal advisor to the Phil. Embassy in the Middle-East, his expertise is a fresh addition to the pool of expertise for the Group.
She practices litigation, labor law, family law, civil law and criminal law. She obtained her Juris degree from the University of San Carlos.
As a law student, she was an active member of the Legal Aid Work and Bar Operations. Atty. Gail has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Holy Angel University in Angles City. Atty. Gail is also a member of the Misamis Occidental Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.

Mr. John Paul B. Jalem
He completed a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in La Salle University. John displayed upstanding talent in writing and an excellent work ethic and was encouraged to enrol in the College of Law.
He is playing an active role in ensuring that administrative needs are met. He is the "go-to" person and who keeps meetings, appearances, and activities well-handled.
Despite the arduos work, Mr. John is currently enrolled in a law school in hopes of becoming a lawyer in the future.
Miss Jane Antonnette Laranjo
Miss Jane is instrumental in assuring that all communications are properly recorded and documents are organized with intention. She is responsible in the filing of pleadings and/or documents for court processes.
Despite her young age, Jane has proven her significant role in the organization.
